Where We Ship

Maojood currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States only — the 48 connected states.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
  • Canada or other international destinations

By focusing on the contiguous United States, we are able to provide more reliable delivery service and better support when customers need assistance with their orders.

We may expand our shipping coverage in the future as our operations grow.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are based on your order total before taxes.

  • Orders of $69 or more: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $69: $10 flat-rate standard shipping

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

There are no additional handling fees added after checkout.

At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options. Standard shipping is the available delivery method for all orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Processing time:

1–3 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most orders are delivered within:

5–8 business days

For most customers, the total estimated time from placing an order to receiving delivery is:

6–11 business days

This includes:

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days
  • Carrier transit: approximately 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier schedules, and other factors outside of Maojood’s control.

Remote or rural addresses may require additional transit time.

Expedited Shipping

Maojood currently does not offer expedited or express shipping.

We understand that some customers may need faster delivery, and we are continuously working to improve our fulfillment process.

If additional shipping options become available in the future, this policy page will be updated.

Customs and Import Taxes

All Maojood orders are shipped within the United States.

Because shipments are domestic, customers do not need to pay customs duties or international import taxes.

No additional delivery fees will be collected after checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment status.

If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days after placing your order:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
  2. Confirm your order email address
  3. Contact our support team with your order details

We will help check the status of your order.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times cover most orders, but occasional delays may happen due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Increased shipping volume during holidays
  • Unexpected transportation issues

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days from your order date, please contact us.

Our team will review the situation and work with the carrier when necessary.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging if damage is visible

After reviewing the information, we will work with you on an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund when applicable.

You do not need to return a damaged item before contacting us.
